Herbal Tea Recipes For Holistic and Magical Purposes

Herbs are so wonderful, full of love and many blessings. They help us heal the mind, body and soul. One of the best ways to heal with herbs is by making homemade, custom tea’s for magical and holistic purposes.

For best results, drink 1-2 cups of tea per day for your spell ritual. Don’t exceed drinking more than 4 cups of tea per day because it’s a diuretic and some herbs in excess can be toxic.  We find that 3 cups of tea per day makes the perfect ratio, but we highly recommend starting with 2 cups.
